Computer Architecture final project

I still don't know how to use MAX+plus II well.
I guess our VHDL codes have some logic faults ,
so that my Waveform can't run a correct result.
It takes me three days to check the codes, but it seems no use.
Today is the deadline of the project,
I think I have to stop here and hand in my final report.
I can't reconcile myself to failure in last step.
